Morning from the land of the mouse.  Beautiful view of Epcot from our room.  Enjoyed the fireworks from the dinner table last night.  Lay day for us today.  We may go hang out at the pool for a while, but that's about it.  I may go and check out the fitness center as well.  Hope you all have a good one.

I am doing a version of 351 with my own conditioning interspersed with the lift. I have had to reset my Max's because I have lost a little strength in the three weeks to a month that I have been off. I did lose about 10 pounds during that time. Hopefully, most of it was fat.
WU- 3rft:10 ring Rows, 10squats TT=2'11"
Conditioning-21-15-9 of push ups, leg lifts, jumping jacks TT=4'15"
Squats 135*10 205*5 240*3 270*3
OHP 55*5 70*5 85*3 110*3 115*3 125*5(+) 135*4(J)
TT=21'14"

Nice job on the workout. I've lost some strength too, that's for sure. Left shoulder has been hurting pretty bad for 3 days. I may see if the doorway pull-up bar will work in here. If not I'll go down to the fitness center. One of them has a pull-up bar that I could do stricts PUs from.

Comments: Forgot how nice it is to work out in an airconditioned environment. I felt like a machine
for this metcon. Was going to run a few miles on the treadmill afterwards but my wife needed me
to come back to the room. Have a good one.
