Wod-5' AMRAP: 3 four count Mtn climbers, 6 push ups, 9 sumo squats@45#, 12 jumping jacks TR=6
Felt good this morning I was feeling kind of sore after this week but I took some Naprosyn and it really helped me to get the inflammation down. Squats felt pretty good, but definitely have lost some of my strength on that lift. I am really focusing on my form right now no cheating whatsoever on any of the lifts. Watching myself in a mirror making sure I'm going deep on squats, and full pause and explode on bench as well as the rest of the lift. Have a good day in Orlando. Took the advice and did WOD after lifts.

Nice work man. Good call on doing the metcon last. It helps. For me at least. Busy day here at disney. Lots of walking in the heat and winding through thousands of people. Been here for 4 hours and have only ridden space mountain. Hope you have a good rest of the day.
