Morning All. Have to work and then head out of town today. I may just take the day off as I crammed quite a bit into the last three days. Maybe I'll hit the hotel treadmill tomorrow morning or something. Hope you have a great day.

WU-swimming with the boys for an hour
Squats 135*10 185*5 205*4 240*3 260*2 270*1 285*1 305*1 225*2*5(full breath pause)
Will be skipping conditioning as I have to go clear out a friends back yard. He has diabetes and his sugar is out of whack and the doctor has grounded him until further notice. Hope you had a great day.

Nice job on squats. Solid. Working all day here and about to drive 4 hours. Good luck with the yard work.
