Morning All. I would like to do some squats today at some point, when I get done with work. We'll see what happens. Supposed to design and build some shop tables for the new shop. It's going to be a hot one. That's all I know. Hope you guys have a good one.

Conditioning: 400m run 40 squats 30 sit ups 20 push ups 10 burpees TT=6'54"
Squats 135*7 175*5 205*4 230*3 255*2 265*1 285*1 305*1 225*5(full pause) 205*5(full pause) TT~25'
It was stinking hot! Not a bad work out. Had a doctors appointment at 0730 and I was told I was super healthy. I had also lost 10#! Got in the pool afterwards which felt great. Hope you get to squat.

Nice work! Squat central down there! Nothing for me this evening. Worked 10 hours today and the last half was in the hot sun. Covered with sweat and sawdust. Hoping to squat in the morning. Have a good night.
