Happy first day of August. We have some warm temperatures, but low humidity on hand for today up here. I'm planning to go hit some Bench and then go for a slow run. After that, it is time to mow the yard and wash the car. Hope you have a good day.

Bench:
20x45, 5x135, 5x155, 3(5x175), 24x125

Assistance:
3 Rounds, NFT:
4 Good Mornings, 145 lbs
5 OABBRs, 75 lbs

Time: 20:00

Conditioning:
Run 3 Miles, Slow Pace

Post Time/Pace:
28:30/9:22 Pace

Comments: Not really on my A-game for this one. Long night last night.
Bench: Didn't feel that strong on these. (See above statement).
Assistance lifts were fine. Nothing special.
Run: Again, see the first statement. Nothing to write home about. Took it nice and easy.
Also, I haven't been going all out on conditioning lately so I didn't want to kill myself on this run.
Alright, off to mow the yard and wash the car. Have a good day.

Thanks. I needed that. Wink   After that, I washed the car and mowed the yard.  The yard was an undertaking. It hadn't been touched in almost a month because of the vacation and being out of town last weekend.  All of the bushes needed pruning and all of the work was a PITA.  It is so much easier to clean and keep things up when you do it regularly.  It's when you slack off that it is really hard.  Cleaned the garage and back porch too.  It was a long day.  I'm beat.  Hope you guys had a good one.

Worked in the 112 heat. My 7&5 YO both helped me by cleaning the bus, unloading tubes and stacking coolers. They earn $2/hr. Tired now though.
