Woke up at 3am shivering uncontrollably and with a fever. Kids have had a virus for a couple of days and I guess I have it. Have never felt this way, body hurts, eyes burning, hot then freezing. Ugh!

Five Rounds for Time:
5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
10 Front Squats, 95 lbs
15 Push-ups with feet on a 24" Box
20 V-ups

After you complete five rounds, do 200 Jumping Jacks

Time:  20:21

Comments:  Worked 11 hours today, so wasn't really feeling this.  I can honestly say that the hardest
part of this workout was the jumping jacks.  Probably going to do DLs tomorrow and maybe Bench.
