5x135
3x5 @ 70% (185 lbs)
Assistance:

10 Bench Press @ 125 lbs
5 OABBRs, 75 lbs

Deadlifts:
5x235, 3x265
3x5 @ 70% (295 lbs)

8 Deadlifts @ 210 lbs
5 Good Mornings, 125 lbs

Comments: A little tired for this one. Long week.
Bench: Felt weak on these, but the sets were OK. Pretty sad that I was just doing 210 lbs for 3x5.
Oh well, it is what it is. Just happy to work out.
Deadlifts: Felt good on these. No problem.
Still going to do a metcon later. Have to get to work.

Nice job! Rest day here. Much to do in cramming last minute stuff for vacation.

Nice. Hope you guys had a good day. Ended up working late so I didn't get to do conditioning. May do a metcon and a run tomorrow. I'll probably shorten them both so it isn't as brutal. Have a good one.
