Happy 7-11! I can taste the slurpee right now...
Trying to dream up a long-ish metcon that includes running at least two miles. How about this...
For Time:
Run 1 Mile
25 Pull-ups
25 Man Makers (30 lb Dumbbells)
25 Knees to Elbows
25 Bench Press, 135 lbs
25 Rows, 135 lbs
25 Squats, 135 lbs
25 Good Mornings, 95 lbs
25 HSPUs
Run 1 Mile

Looks great, another rest day here. One more outing today,then a travel day for home tomorrow. Have a great day.

That sucked. Period. Man, I have been slacking on the conditioning. It was all I could do to not stop
and walk on that second mile run. 25 minutes had elapsed by the time I was done with Man Makers.
I could've stopped there and that would've been a good workout. But nooooo........
Well, taking the rest of the weekend off and going to Disney World on Monday. I may do some conditioning
while I'm down there, but that's about it. Hope you all have a great day and hope you guys have a safe trip.

About 2 1/2 miles today. Heading on vacation as well - not sure if I'll get anything in tomorrow.

WU-1 mile walk, then: 15 push ups run a lap;15 squats & run a lap; 15 jumping jacks and run a lap; 15 burpees and run 2 laps. TT=15'18" for 1.6 miles
Did this on a 4 Wheeler trail behind our vacation home. Very hot.

Nice work! You did a great job coming up with workouts while on vacation. Yes, that metcon sucked, but to be honest, I don't think I did a metcon of that length for two months or so. Most of mine have been ten minutes or less lately. Going to have to change that. Going to have to get more rest to. Hope you guys have a nice trip back. I'll try to check in while on vacation. Not even sure what hotel we're staying at, but I would imagine they have a nice fitness center. Planning to bring my doorway pull-up bar too.

Have fun at Disney. We'll be home tomorrow night and I may begin my lifting as soon as Monday. Have a safe trip.
