Morning All. Would like to get some running in today, but it may not happen. We've got family coming out of the woodwork to come visit us today. Hope you all have a good day.

Run a 5K: 24:40 (PR)
50 Good Mornings, 75 lbs
100 Sit-ups
25 Strict Pull-ups
50 Push-ups

Comments: Got a few minutes so I went for it. Again, the air conditioning is the secret. Felt great
for this one in the fitness center. Family and pool time for the rest of the day. Have a good one. Cool

Nice job on fitting it in, better take care of the wife!
Here is what I did:
WU-4rft: 5 lunges,10 push ups,15 squats, 20 sit ups TT=6'18"
WOD-10' add one rep per round: sit ups, squats, chins TR=9
Bench 95*5 115*5 135*3 185*3 195*3 205*3+(9) 225*3?(6)
Felt good today. It was very hot, but I was able to bust it out. The hardest part of this workout was the chin ups. I have been neglecting them but have started working them in as my pull opposite of the bench press.

I just keep a 1 liter mug of ice water handy and filled. I take a gulp after each set.
