Morning All. Rest day here. Jaysun, I actually googled "lego art" and that is some pretty wild stuff. I can't imagine having enough time and talent to do something like that. Enjoy!

We had a great day. The art was amazing and the gardens were beautiful.

Rest day of sorts. We walked ~4 miles in the gardens and once back home, I was able to do this:
200 single unders, then 3RFT of 10 squats and 10 four count flutter kicks TT=3'50"
I did 5RNFT of: 4 burpees, 4 squats, 4 push ups, 4 leg lifts.
It was supposed to be 16' AMRAP of the above exercises, but some company surprised us and I had to go outside to help chaperone all the kids.
We lived here for 4 years and all but one of my kids spent their formative years here, so it is a second home of sorts. Tomorrow, we have more plans, but I am going to get a run in in the morning. I'll have to take the jogging stroller and the 3YO.

Sounds like a great time. Nice job on the metcons. Glad you guys are getting some time to relax in your old stomping grounds. I'm hoping there is a cold spell in Florida in two weeks when we're there. That would be pretty relaxing.
