Morning All. Scheduled rest day here, but if I end up having to go out of town this week then I may do Squats or something. Should know more later. Hope you all have a good one.

Nice. Found out earlier that I have to go to Charlotte tonight with my boss. That is about the last thing on Earth that I felt like doing today. Oh well. Hope you all have a good one.

No hike because the dog had an appointment with the vet. No training either, but we did work in the yard. Lots of mowing, eagle beaking, weed whacking and hedge trimming. The boys played a lot with their friends. We are packed and ready for a hike tomorrow though. Hope your trip with the boss went well.
