Morning. My workout schedule for the week is probably screwed. We'll see. Hope you all have a good one.

2 mile hike with entire family while carrying 50# of kid and backpack and gaining 750' of elevation. TT~60' with breaks. Once to the top, I drank some water and then took the same 2 mile trip back running by myself. TT~15'. So that's 4 miles of movement. The old man is feeling the "ruck." Very proud of my kids and wife. The 5YO is usually not so reliable on walks, but he was outstanding today.
Sorry about your schedule, hope it works out.

OH Press:
10x45
3x135
2x5x115
3x8x85

Squats:
5x135
3x185
3x5x210
3x8x155

Time: 19:00

3 Rounds, NFT:
OABBRs: 8x55 lbs
8 Dragon Flies
8 Good Mornings, 95 lbs

Comments: Was pretty beat for this, but I have to wake up super early tomorrow and head to VA
so I wanted to get this in. I basically combined Squats and OH Press. I did the Assistance sets after
the regular sets. I worked out at 70% on the working sets and 50% for assistance. Then I did some
pulls and core work. Skipped the conditioning as this workout was more or less conditioning and
I didn't want to completely destroy myself for tomorrow. May do some conditioning in the hotel
tomorrow. We'll see. This job seems to have an even more random schedule than my last one.
Hope you all have a good one.

Did a video (from a bad angle) on squats just to see what my form looked like. First heavy(ish) set of squats in a few weeks.
