Good Morning. We may be going out of town again tomorrow, so I may have to squeeze in DLs, Bench and a run this evening. I'm pretty sore already from the last two days. My program was not meant to be done in three consecutive days, that's for sure. Oh well, sometimes you just do what you've got to do. Hope you all have a good one and I hope you're feeling better today Jaysun.

Took it easy today but, was definitely feeling better. @95% Yesterday was awful. Feeling good about some things that the wife and I took care of today that will make our lives much easier.
Haven't been feeling the 531 aka 351 and will be switching things up and following the ole 5432111 then a back off set of amap at 54%. Will do this for 4 weeks and no deload. Reset maxes and start over. I picked up a copy of Paul Carter's "Strength, Life,Legacy" and he outlines the 5432111 plan as "his" philosophy. Whatever, its not his anymore than it is mine. The book is a good read with some insights.

Comments: Two eleven hour days in a row now and I'm at 40 hours for the week right now.
Came home and did this one anyway. Put some heavy sets in again today. Felt good to comfortably
get 3 reps at the weight I was getting 5 reps of on Deadlifts before I cut back the weight. Definitely
satisfied there. Felt good on Bench too. Went ahead and did all of my assistance sets in one set for
bench (24x115) because I needed the barbell for Good Mornings. Nice workout. That's three straight
days of working out and I'm feeling it. Didn't have time for conditioning today. Will try to get that in
tomorrow or Saturday.
