Morning. Going to try and do some Deadlifts and a metcon this afternoon. Hopefully work won't be too crazy. Hope you have a great day.

WU-450m run 40 jumping jacks, 30 squats, 20 sit ups,10 push ups,5 pull ups TT=5'38"
DL-140*5 175*4 210*3 245*2 280*1 300*1 310*1 245*3*3 TT~20'
Conditioning-21-15-9 sit ups, HRPU, jump squats TT=5'25
DL's weren't too bad. Did them beltless until 300#. Back off sets were fine. The 21-15-9 stuff was terrible. Didn't take long, but was a Gasser.

10 Minute EMOM
4 Ring Dips
8 Ring Rows
12 Squats Holding a 45 lb Plate
Comments: Pretty short on time for this one. Heat Index was 100 degrees too, even though I was working
in that for most of the afternoon anyway.
Deadlifts: These felt fine. Only one warm-up set.
K2E were unbroken.
Metcon: I scaled that from the original version, but believe me, it still sucked.
Bench and running tomorrow. Already at 40 hours for the week and will probably work at least 9 or 10
tomorrow. May be a short run. Ha ha. Have a good one.

Solid sets. Sounds like they are working your booty off, but if you like it it's not a bad thing.

Thanks. Yeah, I don't mind the extra money, that's for sure. I miss having more time at home though.
