Despite only 5 or 6 hours of sleep, I'm hoping to do some squats before work in a few minutes. It's probably going to be an 11 hour day for me. 3 hours of driving and an 8 hour work day. I don't really feel like coming home after that and working out in my 90 degree garage. Hope you have a good one.

Comments: Felt fine on these. No time for conditioning this morning. Will do some sort of sprints after work.

Conditioning: Interval Run
5 Minutes Slow: 0.53 Miles
5 Minutes Fast: 0.67 Miles
5 Minutes Slow: 0.57 Miles
Total: 1.76 Miles
Interval Run: First time I've ever really done one of these. My "fast" pace wasn't that fast. Only 7:30
mile pace. I was dragging all day today though so I'm not that dissapointed in this. Hope you get to lift.

WU-1000m run ~6' with my 7yo son then 4'amrap:5 push ups, 10 squats,20 jumping jacks TR=5

I made that metcon up on the fly. Bear crawls were brutal.

Thx. I restarted the Juggernaut method today. I have been suffering from program ADD. I will be sticking with this for the next 12 weeks. In general, My program will look like today's.
