Morning. Rest day for me. Probably going to work from 8:00AM until midnight or so today, then have to wake up and go to work at 6:30AM tomorrow. Should be a rough couple of days. Today was a scheduled rest day, but I have a feeling tomorrow will likely end up as a rest day too. Hope you have a good day. I have to loan my laptop to my boss for a while because his is broken, but I'll do my best to keep up the site on my phone.

Not too bad, the last three rounds of conditioning were tough. The Rows aren't written into the JM, but I want to do them so I just added an extra day since I am not lifting on the weekends. Hope you have a great rest of the week. Sounds like you have a busy one.

Nice job man. Yeah, we had to get here this morning for some safety training. We don't actually start work until 5:00 and that means climbing up amd down an extension ladder a million times in an unairconditioned building. Then a two hour drive home. Should be fun. Have a good night.
