Conditioning: 50 four count mtn climbers, 50 push ups, 50 four count flutter kicks TT=7'02"
Pretty good workout. Legs sore from sprints yesterday. Hot, but only 112°F with heat index.

Five Rounds for Time:
5 Ground to Overheads, 95 lbs
5 Push Press, 95 lbs
5 Front Squats, 95 lbs

5 SLDLs, 95 lbs
*Move from one exercise to the next.
Time: 11:00
Comments: Definitely beat down for this one. Already worked 45 hours this week and another long
one coming up tomorrow. Oh well, the extra money will be nice. Not that I’ll have time to spend it.

Deadlifts: I climbed up and down a 24’ extension ladder like 50 times last night so I wasn’t feeling
these at all. Got through them nonetheless.
Bench: These were OK. They felt heavy (everything feels heavy today).
I combined Deadlifts and Bench so that I would have less to do tomorrow and/or Saturday.
All I have left is a distance run now so I can do that Saturday at some point.
Metcon: This was a good one. None of the lifts were that bad, but it was a great workout.
I actually felt pretty good on that one.
Tomorrow is back to work and probably no working out. Hope you have a good one.

Nice job on the lifts. I'm supposed to have DL's tomorrow, but the wife and I have arranged for the boys to be watched so we have a last free day before summer is over.
Went for a 2 mile bike ride with the family.

Thanks. I'm pretty beat this morning from all of that. Glad you guys are getting a free day in. We're still hoping to get one of those at some point. Hope you guys enjoy it. Back to work next week huh? That's a bummer, but it sounds like you guys made the most of your time off.
