Morning. Heading out to do some OH Press and possibly a metcon. It's supposed to be nearly 100 here today so it would be nice to get it all in this morning.

8 OH Press @ 85 lbs
8 One Arm Barbell Rows, 85 lbs
10 Good Mornings, 85 lbs

Time: 16:30

Conditioning: Metcon
3 Rounds for Time:
20 KB Swings, 1.5 Pood
15 Inner Grip Pull-ups (Sub for 3 Rope Climbs)
10 TTB
5 Ground to Overhead, 95 lbs

Time: 12:30


Comments: How I recall the days when I used to sleep in and workout late morning, at my leisure.
Oh what grand times…
OH Press: Felt fine on these.
Metcon: This was supposed to be 5 rounds. Had to shorten it due to time. It was tough though, believe me.

Nice one. I miss the days of leisure and sleep and free time. I'll be squatting later. Been busy cleaning carpet and doing other last minute "honey dos" before school starts again.

Thanks. Yeah, I wish I could go back and hit myself for complaining about anything back then. Laughing Hope the squats go well.

Squats 190*4*10 190*amap(12)
Conditioning-50 ez-bar curls@30#/40 squats/30 sit ups/20 push ups/10 jumping jacks/5 chins TT=6'43"
Hot and humid. All out of sorts and tired to boot. Ready for bed. Just not feeling it, but got it done.
