Happy last day of the hottest month of the year! Tomorrow, August is here! That means football season starts and perhaps the weather will cool off by one or two degrees! Hoping to workout today, but may have to wait until tomorrow. I'm at 40 hours already and have to work a long one today. Hope you have a good one.

Nice work! Man, the heat just doesn't stop down there does it. It was hot up here today, but not humid. Of course, I only felt that between the van and the place I was working. Oh well. 10 hours today, all over time, so I'm not complaining. I'll hit some Bench and a run tomorrow. Hope you have a good night.
